Jeffrey Toole focuses on insurance program development, alternative risk programs, insurance coverage analysis, employee benefits, and contract analysis. He also assists the Firm’s motor carrier clients in securing self-insurance authority at the federal and state levels. Toole regularly reviews and negotiates insurance contracts. He has established and provides ongoing counsel to many captive insurance arrangements and regularly assists clients with analysis in areas such as:

Before joining the Firm, Toole was an intern to the Honorable Randall T. Shepard of the Indiana Supreme Court. He Toole often speaks on insurance program design and administration issues and has authored several articles related to transportation insurance issues.
